Jump Fatalities aren't a thing. Stick to standing Fatalities - they are character-specific. Check your move list for the right inputs.

Legit, I've played MK Komplete Edition tons and there's no such thing as Jump Fatalities. Just do the regular Fatalities after the 'Finish Him!' prompt.
