Do Mystic Artes by holding two buttons at once when your BG gauge is high enough.
Just spam attack buttons when your Over Limit is active. That's usually how I do it, lol.
To trigger Mystic Artes, make sure your character's Over Limit is activated—then just use a charged arte or spell. Boom! Mystic Arte!
