Cracking those pesky terminal passwords in Fallout 4 is all about the hacking mini-game. You gotta pick a word that seems right, and the game tells you how many letters in that word are correctly placed. Use that feedback to narrow down the options. It's like a deadly game of 'Guess Who?' but with more radiation. If you mess up four times, the terminal locks you out for 10 seconds, but no biggie, just give it another go!

Honestly, sometimes I just randomly click until it works. Not the most efficient strategy, but hey, it adds to the adventure.

Just click on words that look good, lol. Seriously, it's not rocket science. Pick a word, get the likeness score, and then use process of elimination. If you get locked out, wait 10 seconds and try again. Easy peasy.

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
