Just blast 'em with Petrificus Totalus! Make sure you've got the spell unlocked, aim, hold down the spell cast button, and boom, they're as stiff as a board. It's all about timing, though, so practice makes perfect.

To cast Petrificus Totalus in Hogwarts Legacy, first, ensure you've unlocked this spell by progressing through the story or specific quests. Once you have it, aim at your target, then press and hold the assigned spell button (it varies depending on the platform you're playing on - so check your game controls). Voil脿! Your adversary is now temporarily petrified.

If you're a Hogwarts Legacy player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!
