You can join public raids remotely with a Remote Raid Pass! Just look for a nearby raid in the raid tab and jump in.

If you're solo, try lower-tier raids. You can solo 1-star and some 3-star raids if you have strong enough Pokémon.

I’ve managed plenty of raids solo by joining random local raid groups on social media. It's a great way to find people!
