Just talk to your villagers! As you get friendlier, they start teaching you reactions. It's a cool way to show off your feelings without saying a word. Got surprised by a tarantula? There’s a reaction for that. Feeling joyous? There’s a reaction for that too. It’s super fun!

In Animal Crossing, you unlock reactions by talking to your villagers every day. Once you've built up enough friendship, they'll teach you a new reaction. It's like they're saying, "Hey, thanks for being an awesome neighbor, now let me show you how to express your shock in the cutest way possible." Keep chatting with them, and you'll have a whole arsenal of reactions in no time!

Honestly, just spam talk to villagers. Reactions are more of a friendship level unlock than anything. No secret technique.

You’re overthinking it, just chat with your animal pals daily. Reactions are friendship perks!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
