Just max out the Super Meter and then do the special move input. Simple, but check your character's list for exact commands.
For most characters, you'll need to perform a double quarter-circle forward motion (down, down-forward, forward) and then press the punch or kick button. Easy peasy!
Max out your Super Meter, then input the specific command for your character's Super Combo. Each character's combo is different, so refer to their command list.
