How to Do the Colosseum Quest in Blox Fruits

To start the Colosseum quest, head to the Colosseum island in the First Sea. Talk to Bartilo, the NPC, who gives you the quest to defeat Gladiators and a Boss. Make sure you're at least level 200 before attempting it!

Just travel to the Colosseum island and talk to Bartilo. He will guide you through the quest. Easy peasy!

I completed it by heading to the Colosseum, talking to Bartilo, and defeating the gladiators. Remember, you need to be level 200+!
