Hidden Messages is unlocked after Pluto-Sedna Junction. Solve the riddles, complete the missions, get Mirage parts. Simple as that!

First, you need to have the Hidden Messages quest in your codex, which unlocks after you complete the Pluto to Sedna Junction. Once you start, you'll get a riddle hinting at a mission location. Solve the riddle, complete the mission, and repeat for each riddle until you obtain all the parts for the Mirage Warframe. Good luck, Tenno!
