To get the Minutemen ending in Fallout 4, you gotta be tight with the Minutemen. First, make sure you're the General of the Minutemen by completing their initial quests. Then, work your way through the main story until you hit the Institute part. Refuse to work with them, and if you haven't made enemies with other factions, you'll get a quest called 'Form Ranks' from Preston. After that, it's 'Defend the Castle', and finally, you'll kick off 'The Nuclear Option' for the Minutemen where you'll infiltrate the Institute. Make sure to fire up those artillery guns, because you're about to bring the house down, Minutemen style!
Honestly?
