For a Genocide run, you have to clear out every enemy in each area. Complete the job until you see the 'But nobody came' message.

In Undertale, you can choose between three main paths: Pacifist, Neutral, and Genocide. For Pacifist, don't kill anyone and befriend all major characters. For Genocide, you need to kill everything in each area until no more monsters appear. The Neutral path is a mix, and it's what you get if you don't fully commit to the other two.

To do the Pacifist route, you gotta spare all the monsters and be nice to everyone. Try talking to them instead of fighting!

The Neutral path is the easiest鈥攜ou just play the game without any specific goals regarding killing or sparing. You'll automatically get this ending if you don't follow the conditions for the other two.
