First, you need to be at least level 200. Then, start by solving the puzzle on Jungle Island. This involves pressing buttons hidden in small huts. Once you've pressed all the buttons, a secret door opens at the bottom of the hill, leading you to the Saber Expert's area. Beat him, and voilà, you get the Saber!
