To do the True Genocide route in Undertale, you gotta go full Terminator mode: defeat EVERY enemy in each area until you get the 'But nobody came' message. Then, defeat all the bosses without sparing anyone. Be warned, it's emotionally heavy!

To do the true genocide route, you need to kill EVERYONE. No mercy, no exceptions. Grind each area until no enemies remain and the message 'But nobody came.' appears.

So basically, you have to turn into the biggest jerk ever and slaughter every single monster you encounter. Keep fighting until the game tells you there鈥檚 no one left.

If you want the true genocide route, just keep attacking and don't let anyone survive. It's brutal but effective.

Just start slaying every monster you run into until the game pretty much begs you to stop. No survivors = true genocide.
