To do the true genocide route, you need to kill EVERYONE. No mercy, no exceptions. Grind each area until no enemies remain and the message 'But nobody came.' appears.
So basically, you have to turn into the biggest jerk ever and slaughter every single monster you encounter. Keep fighting until the game tells you there鈥檚 no one left.
If you want the true genocide route, just keep attacking and don't let anyone survive. It's brutal but effective.
Just start slaying every monster you run into until the game pretty much begs you to stop. No survivors = true genocide.
