Just land a flawless uppercut (Down + Triangle/Y) and hope for the best. It's not guaranteed, but that's the fun!
I've done it a few times with Scorpion and Sub-Zero by mashing out an uppercut (Down + Triangle/Y). It's a sweet nostalgia hit!
Not sure why you'd want to know, but just keep doing uppercuts. It’s mostly luck anyway.
