You need a full meter to execute an X-Ray move. Then, simply press LT+RT (or L2+R2 if using a PlayStation controller).

Just press LT+RT together when your super meter is full. No meter, no X-Ray!

For keyboard warriors, try pressing 'Q' + 'E' when your meter is full to activate the X-Ray move.
