You'll need the Cyclops Docking Bay Repair Module to dock your Cyclops! Just back her up to a Moonpool with the module installed, and you're golden!

Did this last week! You need the Cyclops Docking Bay Repair Module, then reverse into the Moonpool. Feels like parallel parking an elephant, but it works!
