Just build lol. But seriously, creating arenas with platforms at different heights is key. Gives you room to jump and dodge incoming attacks. Mobility accessories like the Shield of Cthulhu for a quick dash or wings for flight really help. Also, speed is your friend; grab some Hermes Boots or anything better.

I rarely bother with dodging; I just tank hits with the best armor I can craft and heal up. Though, I'll admit, mastering dodging makes boss fights way cooler.
