You just go to the 'Manage Permissions' tab in the options menu, choose the player you want to donate to, and input the amount you wanna give. Easy peasy!
Just click on 'Manage Permissions' on the bottom right, select the friend you wanna gift, and type in the amount. Works like a charm!
