Use the in-game cash drop feature: click on the cash icon, enter the amount, and drop it. Just make sure the right person picks it up!
Just make sure you're in the same game server as the player you want to donate to, then type '/giveamount [playername] [amount]' in the chat. Easy peasy!
Honestly, I don鈥檛 think you can donate money directly in Jailbreak. You can drop cash, but that鈥檚 it.
