First, get some inner sleeves (standard size 64x89mm) and outer sleeves (slightly larger, like 66x91mm). Put each card into the inner sleeve first, then slide the inner-sleeved card into the outer sleeve. Voila, double sleeved!

Honestly, just get a high-quality single sleeve. Double sleeving is overrated, IMO.

Put your card in a penny sleeve, then place that into a thicker deck protector. Ensure the two sleeves fit snugly for maximum protection.
