Downgrading GTA 5 in the Epic Games version can be a bit tricky since Epic Games doesn't officially support downgrading games directly through their platform. You can't officially. Epic Games and Rockstar didn't provide a built-in way to rollback updates. Your only shot is diving into the modding community to find a workaround, but tread carefully.
