Alright, this is pretty straightforward! On your Xbox 360, sign in, go to the 'Settings' menu, select 'Account', then 'Download Profile'. Enter your Microsoft account details, and you're good to go!

Just did this yesterday! On the Xbox 360: sign out of any account, then on the home screen, press the 'Guide' button and select 'Download Profile'. Enter your info, and boom!
