Twitch doesn't have a direct download button for other people's videos, so... just watch them on Twitch instead?
As someone who does this regularly, just remember that downloading others' content without permission can be against Twitch's terms of service. Always ask the streamer first!
You can download your own Twitch streams through the Video Producer section. Go to your dashboard, select Content, then Video Producer. Find your video, click the three-dot menu, and choose Download.
