You can download apps on Xbox 360 without Xbox Live by using a USB flash drive to transfer apps from your PC to the console. Just download the app to your computer, move it onto the USB, then plug it into your Xbox 360 and install from there!

No Xbox Live? No problem! Use a USB stick to download apps from your PC and transfer them directly to your 360. Old school but effective!

Honestly, it鈥檚 way easier with Xbox Live. But if you must, download the app on your PC and use a USB drive to transfer it to your Xbox 360鈥檚 hard drive.
