How to Download Custom War Thunder Missions
To download custom War Thunder missions, head to the War Thunder Live platform, find a mission you like, and click the download button. Once it's downloaded, move the file to the 'UserMissions' folder in your War Thunder directory. Launch the game, go to 'Single Missions' or 'Custom Battles', and your new mission should be there!

I've done this a bunch of times. Just go to the War Thunder Live site, find the custom missions, download them, and paste them into the 'UserMissions' folder. You can find those missions in 'Custom Battles' in-game.
