Dragon Ball Battle of Z isn't available for PC, but you can still enjoy the epic battles by using an emulator for the PS3 or Xbox 360 versions if you own the game.
Just get a PS3 or Xbox 360 emulator and the game ROM. Simple as that.
Tried to find a legit PC version for ages! Sadly, it's console-only, so your best bet is to emulate it.
