Yup, Dragon Ball Raging Blast 2 was never released for Android. But, why not try Dragon Ball Legends? It's pretty awesome and available on Google Play!
Sad to say, you can't download Dragon Ball Raging Blast 2 on Android. Maybe try emulating it on your PC with an Xbox 360 emulator if you're up for some tech wizardry.
