You can download Facebook clips by using a third-party app or website, like 'Getfvid' or 'SaveFrom.net'. Just copy the clip's URL, paste it into the downloader, and follow the instructions!
Worst case, you can record your screen while playing the clip. Not ideal but gets the job done!
