Just a heads up, make sure your Xbox Live account is in good standing and you've got internet connection. Once that's sorted, go to the 'My Games and Apps' section, find Fallout 4, and select 'Manage Game'. Here you'll see a list of available DLCs for installation. Easy!

Honestly, just buy the Season Pass. You get all the DLCs and it usually works out cheaper in the long run. Saves the hassle of buying each one separately!
Easy peasy! Just fire up your Xbox One and head to the 'Store' page. Use the search bar to type in 'Fallout 4' and you'll see a list of the DLC available. Pick the one you want, hit 'Buy' or 'Install' if you've already bought it, and you're all set! Just make sure you've got enough space on your hard drive.
