Hey there! First, you'll need to download the game file onto your PC. Then, transfer the downloaded game file to your USB stick (make sure it's in a folder named 'GAMES' on the USB). Plug the USB into your PS3, go to the game section, select 'Install Package Files,' and voila! Enjoy your game!

You gotta first get the game file on your computer, then put it on a USB stick in a folder called 'GAMES.' Plug it into your PS3, find 'Install Package Files' in the game menu, and it should show up.
