Unfortunately, you can't download custom houses in The Sims FreePlay, but you can use in-game options to build your dream home!

I wish we could download houses, but for now, build and customize using the tools provided in the game.

Just a heads up, downloading houses isn’t a feature in Sims FreePlay. Build away using in-game options!

As of my last check, there's no functionality for downloading houses. Get those creative juices flowing and build manually!
