From the main menu, click on the 'Select Mode' button. You'll see the maps list; just click 'Download' next to the map you want. Boom, done!
In PUBG Mobile, when you're at the main menu, just tap on 'Map' in the bottom right corner. You'll see a list of available maps to download. Tap on the download icon next to the one you want, and voilà!
