First, you'll need a USB stick formatted for Xbox. Download a map from a trusted site on your PC, then transfer it to the USB. Plug the USB into your Xbox 360 and move the map file to your Minecraft saves folder.

The easiest way is to use Horizon. Move your downloaded map onto a USB, then use Horizon on a PC to inject the map into a Minecraft folder, and transfer it back to your Xbox!
