First off, you'll wanna boot your Steam Deck into Desktop Mode. Once you're there, open up the Discover software center. Search for 'Lutris' and install it. Lutris is this neat open-source platform that'll let you manage games from different sources, Origin included. After installing Lutris, launch it and search for the Origin installer within its library. Follow the steps to install Origin, and bam, you're all set to download your Origin games directly on your Steam Deck.

Just install Windows on your Steam Deck, lol. Makes everything way easier.

Navigating the Linux desktop mode on the Steam Deck can feel like deciphering ancient hieroglyphs, but trust me, it's worth it for the gaming freedom! Managed to get Origin up and running through Lutris after a few attempts. Playing my EA favorites on the go feels like a small victory against the gaming gods.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
