The easiest way to download PKG files on your PS3 is to first download them to your computer, then transfer the files via a USB drive. Once you have the PKG files on the USB, connect it to your PS3, navigate to the 'Install Package Files' option in the XMB menu, and install your files from there.

Why not just get the games the standard way? It's easier and legal!

You can download PKG files directly to your PS3 using the PS3's web browser. Just navigate to a site that hosts the PKG files, click on the download link, and it should start downloading to your console. Afterwards, find the downloaded file in your downloads folder and install it.
