Join the PS5 Beta Program if you haven't already. Once accepted, navigate to Settings > System > System Software > System Software Update and Settings. Choose Update System Software, and you're good to go!

First, you have to be selected for the PlayStation Beta Program. If you're in, go to Settings > System > System Software > System Software Update and Settings, then select Update System Software. Easy peasy!

Just make sure you're in the Beta Program! After that, it's Settings > System > System Software > System Software Update and Settings > Update System Software.
