Just turn off WiFi and make sure you're on mobile data, then head to the App Store to download PUBG Mobile. Simple as that!

If you're hitting the download limit, go to Settings > iTunes & App Store > App Downloads, and choose 'Always Allow'. Now, you can download it on mobile data.
