I got PUBG Mobile running on my Chromebook using an Android emulator like BlueStacks. Install Bluestacks, set it up, then download PUBG Mobile from the Play Store within Bluestacks. Works like a charm!

Dev mode + sideloading the APK! Enable developer mode on your Chromebook and sideload the PUBG Mobile APK file. Make sure to enable 'Unknown Sources' in settings.
