You need Spotify Premium. Click 'Download' on the playlist. Done!
On mobile, tap the download button (down arrow) when viewing your playlist. On desktop, there's a 'Download' switch too. Enjoy the music offline!
I've done this a million times. Just open the playlist, tap 'Download,' and that's it. You're good to go!
