Sorry to break it to you, but Nintendo hasn't released Super Mario 64 for iPhone. Emulators might be your only (legal gray area) option.
I've actually played Super Mario 64 on my iPhone using the RetroArch emulator. It's a bit tricky to set up, but worth it for the nostalgia!
