How to download Terraria maps on iOS
Downloading Terraria maps on iOS is a bit trickier than on PC, but here's a workaround! First, you need to find a map you wanna play (there are plenty of forums and websites with cool maps). Then, download it onto your computer. You'll need to use iTunes to transfer the map file into the Terraria documents section of your iOS device. Make sure Terraria is closed on your device when you do this. Then, next time you open Terraria, the new map should be there, ready to explore!

Honestly, it's simpler to just play the maps available. Custom maps are cool and all, but the hassle on iOS... not worth it in my opinion.
Been there, done that! Had to use my laptop to transfer a custom map to my iPad. Bit of a process, but totally worth it for the fresh adventure. Just make sure your map file is compatible with the mobile version of Terraria!
