How to Download Warframe on Switch to SD Card
First, make sure your SD card is inserted and formatted. Go to the Nintendo eShop, find Warframe, and hit download. The Switch will automatically save it to the SD card if there's enough space!

Easy peasy! Just insert your SD card and download the game from the eShop. It'll save to the SD card if needed.
Make sure the SD card is in and has enough space. Then, just download Warframe from the eShop. It'll go to the SD card if the internal storage is full.
From my experience, as long as your SD card is in the Switch and ready to go, the console handles the rest. Just download Warframe from the eShop!
