Just search for Xbox 360 titles in the Xbox One Store. If you previously purchased it, it'll be in your library for re-download without extra cost.
Yep, it's easy. You can either download directly from the Store or if you bought the game digitally on Xbox 360, check your 'Ready to Install' list.
Honestly, if you have the game digitally, just go to My games & apps > Full library > All owned games. It should be there for download.
