Log into Xbox Live on a web browser, find your clips under your profile, and save them to your PC. Easy peasy!

Easiest way is through the Xbox app on your PC. Go to Captures, find your clip, and hit Download!

Just use a USB drive. Transfer your clips from your Xbox to the USB, then plug it into your PC and copy them over. Old school but works!
