Just trace it, lol. Seriously, though, start with a reference image and practice tracing to get a feel for the lines before you try freehand.
I'd recommend checking out some drawing tutorials on YouTube. There are lots of artists who show step-by-step how to draw Senku and other characters from Dr. Stone. Enjoy!
Break it down into simple shapes first. Draw circles for the head, rectangles for the body, and then refine from there. Practice makes perfect!
