First, sketch an oval for the head and add the mask. Then, draw his muscular body and shell. Finish up by adding his sai weapons and you're done!

Easy peasy! Start with a rough sketch of his body shape, then detail his mask and weapons. Practice makes perfect!

I tried drawing Raphael, and trust me, the key is getting his fierce expression right. Make sure to draw his mask with attitude!

Start with his head: draw a rounded square for the snout and a dome shape for the top of his head. Add a mask with eyeholes over his eyes. Then draw his muscular body and shell, adding his sai weapons and signature tough-guy stance. Cowabunga!

Forget the details, just draw a big turtle with a red bandana and call it Raphael. Done!
