Digital drawing tools are your friend here! Programs like Procreate or Adobe Photoshop have brushes and tools that can mimic the look of actual Pokemon cards. Plus, layers make mistakes easy to fix.

Start by studying the design of your favorite Pokemon cards. Notice the proportions, colors, and how the background interacts with the character. Use reference images and start with pencil sketches to get the basic shape and pose right. After you're happy with the sketch, go over it with ink or a fine liner, then add colors. Remember, practice makes perfect, so don't get discouraged if it doesn't look amazing right away!

Honestly, just trace them. If you're not planning to sell or claim the original design as your own, tracing can be a great way to learn. You'll get a feel for the lines and shapes that make up Pokemon characters and their setting.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
