You can drink filtered water, disinfected water, or large filtered water in Subnautica. Just ensure you have the right crafting materials or a water filtration machine in your base!

Use the Fabricator to make basic water from Bladderfish, or go advanced with a water filtration machine. Or just snack on some fruits that give you both food and H2O. Easy peasy!

Lol, you really just need to catch some Bladderfish and use your Fabricator. Hydration problem solved!

Collect Bladderfish and use the Fabricator to turn them into filtered water. It's the simplest way to stay hydrated early on in the game.
