First things first, find yourself some water. Look for rivers, lakes, or pumps in-game. Once you're facing the source, a prompt should appear to let you drink with a simple button press. If it's dirty water, consider boiling it at a cooking station first to avoid nasty diseases.

Press the interact button when you're near water! If you're looking to avoid that radioactive tang, boil your water at any cooking station. Stay hydrated, Vault Dweller!

Honestly, just avoid drinking straight from the source. Get a water purifier set up in your C.A.M.P. ASAP. Best decision I ever made in-game. No more rads, no more diseases, just pure, clean water every time.

Just scoop it up and drink it, but remember, Fallout 76 isn't just a game, it's survival of the fittest. So, unless you want to be a walking rad meter, find a way to purify that water first!
