Dropping brass knuckles in GTA San Andreas isn't as straightforward as you might think 'cause there's no direct option to drop weapons. What you gotta do is find another weapon in the same slot and pick it up. This will automatically replace the brass knuckles. So, just keep an eye out for another melee weapon, grab it, and boom, no more brass knuckles!
